Deze universele plastic hub guard voor freestyle BMX is gemaakt door Merritt. Ze hebben een eenvoudig veerklem systeem uitgedacht dat de Tension Hub Guard op zijn plek en strak houdt. Dit systeem staat los van de grind-site dus hij wordt niet aangetast als de bmx guard verslijt.

De Tension Universal hub guard past op de meeste hubs aan de voorkant en op sommige achterhubs en is gemaakt voor 10mm assen.

	The design of these is a really great idea. They fit well, but are maybe a bit of a fiddle, but once they're on they're on. They last a really long time and give great coverage and protection for your spokes and hub flanges. The fact they roll with the wheel means you don't have to rotate them like other static hub-guards, and so the wear is more evenly distributed. They slide really well on rails and stand up to rougher ledges. A great universal hub-guard solution.
